Physical Realm develops places, concepts and experiences that challenge how we move, gather, recover, create and connect.
The word Physical does not just refer to fitness. It is about things people experience in the real world: space, architecture, movement, art, food, objects, design, people and human interaction. Realm is the wider world that can grow around those experiences.

Physical Realm has recently acquired ICETANK, an established event space at 5–7 Grape Street, Covent Garden, London. It is our first project, developing across events, training, wellness and recovery, art and culture, and community.
The ground floor is a white room of 171 m² with street-level doors, floor-to-ceiling windows and an infinity cove — hired exclusively for launches, shoots, dinners, meetings and exhibitions, seven days a week, for up to 120 guests.
The lower ground floor is being built into a training and recovery space: personal and small-group training, sauna and cold therapy, treatment and practitioner rooms. Alongside them the main room is opening to exhibitions, screenings and talks, and to workshops and gatherings for the people around Covent Garden.
What's next
Physical Realm will continue to develop new projects, brands, products and collaborations, and possibly new locations over time — shaped by the people, artists, businesses and communities who use its spaces.
