There is no analytics on physicalrealm.co.uk and none on the ICETANK site. No cookie is written, no visit is measured and no profile is built. Reading these pages leaves nothing behind on your device.

There are no third-party fonts, no embedded players and no tracking pixels. The typeface is whichever Helvetica your own device already has, and the pages, the stylesheet and the photographs come from our own server in the Azure region North Europe.

One script is loaded from elsewhere: the assistant in the corner of the page, which runs on EmicTech's platform at app.emictech.com. Until you open it, it stores nothing. When you open it, it asks you to accept its terms first; after that your browser keeps the conversation for this visit — the messages and a conversation number — in this tab's storage, and remembers that you accepted. That is cleared when you have been quiet for thirty minutes, when you start a new conversation, or when you close the tab. What you write is sent to the platform so it can answer, and kept there as the record of the conversation.

If you write to info@physicalrealm.co.uk or info@icetank.com we keep your message so we can answer it, and we do not add you to any list unless you ask. The enquiry and waitlist forms on the ICETANK site are not active yet; when they are, this page will say what happens to what you type into them.
